Mr. Jay Franz is a Wichita, Kansas based male physical therapist with 30 years of experience in Physical Therapy. He completed his graduation from Other in 1994. He accepts the Medicare-approved amount. Patients will not be billed for any more than the Medicare deductible and coinsurance.
