About Physical Therapy: Physical Therapy Centers: An entity, facility, or distinct part of a facility providing diagnostic and treatment services related to physical rehabilitation. Physical therapy is a dynamic profession with an established theoretical and scientific base and widespread clinical applications in the restoration, maintenance, and promotion of optimal physical function. Ambulatory Health Care Facilities: A facility or distinct part of one used for the diagnosis and treatment of outpatients. 'Clinic/Center' is irregularly defined, sometimes being limited to organizations serving specialized treatment requirements or distinct patient/client groups.
