About Physical Therapy: Physical Therapy Centers: An entity, facility, or distinct part of a facility providing diagnostic and treatment services related to physical rehabilitation. 'Clinic/Center' is irregularly defined, sometimes being limited to organizations serving specialized treatment requirements or distinct patient/client groups.
